@UNITEGroup the quality of living at Phoenix Court this year has been awful. We have had no hot water, scaffolding and sheeting covering our windows, and the building works start from 7:30am (was supposed to be from 9am) LOUDLY outside my window. The rent we are paying is unfair!

supposed to care for us and help us with our queries and concerns but, they do not. The amount of rent we pay to stay at this place is far too much for what we have to deal with daily. This is unacceptable @UNITEGroup. I hope you will make changes. 3/3

The amount of concerns we have raised between us, none of which have been resolved efficiently or to a good standard most of the time. Student accommodation places are no strangers to controversy, but this just takes the piss. We’ve been walked all over by people who are… 2/?

@ericaferreirajb @UNITEGroup The amount of “we are sending someone to fix it” emails at this point is a joke! Nothing has changed even after load of us complaining. And as you said, they don’t take our needs seriously at all
