@British_Airways any news as to why BA0847 STILL has no bags on reclaim?? We landed at 14.11 and its now 16.32! I specifically chose to fly with only hand luggage but was pretty much forced into handing my bag over to go into the hold at WAW. What is the hold up??

@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport honestly embarrassing today at T5 - we landed 2,5 hours ago from Warsaw and STILL NO BAGS. After already being delayed on the tarmac in WAW for an hour, very obvious lack of staff can’t cope with school holiday travel! What’s the delay??
