I can't for the life of me understand why @OSHA_DOL doesn't regulate the NFL, or NCAAF, NCAAB, etc. I found one paper on it:

@jalenramsey has made some important statements related to this recently, I hope OSHA steps up
I woke up this morning to a news alert that our @GirlsWhoCode middle-grade book series was banned by some school districts as part of the Mom for Liberty effort to ban books. To be honest, I am so angry I cannot breathe.

I'm obviously biased, but the things we're going to show here are extremely powerful and likely to be fairly transformative to the people/workplace analytics space (I don't say that lightly). @_alainchan and Taemie Kim have done amazing work on this, looking forward to sharing!
This is probably counterproductive. IMO they could probably enable effective remote work (reducing real estate costs) by providing larger travel budgets and save even more money.
I'm THRILLED to present an all star panel🤩for the Mental Health in the Workplace @SamaritansHope fundraiser - Susan Schmitt Winchester, @LaszloBock, & @adblanche!

Saying no doesn't mean you don't care. It's an act of self-care.
It isn't selfish to set boundaries. It's selfish of others to expect you to be selfless.
A gracious decline isn't a rejection of the person. It's a recognition that you don't have the energy for this right now.
I keep thinking about the point that so much research and innovation focus in AI is on inference methods and algorithms but the actual challenging problem and biggest impact will come by innovating on the data collection itself
Free registration, all are welcome. Putting myself aside, this is a super interesting group of speakers very close to the ground on issues around AI in healthcare - a rare luxury these days.
Excited to be talking about getting Americans back to work at the @Wharton Future of Cities Conference today at 4:15 pm ET.
I’ll be joining an impressive panel that includes:

Good stuff. Companies need an integrated strategy that supports their brand. Not just for returning to office, but also #workplace, employee experience, security and risk, and communications. As recovery continues and talent markets tighten, this will dictate success.
With loosening restrictions, companies now face decisions around whether to implement remote, in-office, or hybrid workplace strategies post-pandemic. We've outlined essential steps to help inform the best return-to-work plan- no matter the approach: https://t.co/gokh6bk5I2
Use tech to empower workers, not to spy on them🙈
'home workers will have an #AI enabled webcam that recognises their face, tags their location and scans for 'breaches' of rules at random points during a shift.'

Communicating via videoconference makes us LESS intelligent, as a group, than we would be if we communicated by phone with just our voices. That’s the surprising finding of a new study by researchers at Carnegie Mellon University. The reason why is fascinating. 1/8
The whole @StaplesSTUDIO_ concept is really compelling, and I think will become a much imitated model post pandemic - coworking spaces within existing retail establishments with relevant amenities
I think the problem with this is the opacity: are these algos audited? Who has access to this data/videos? Do people have to proactively dispute a violation? etc https://t.co/H4cHdgidSF
