I also saw a second stream with a slightly different title and thumbnail but the exact same stream and also 15k viewers.

Wow, this is a big thing:
I just opened the YouTube app and the first thing which pops up is this stream by "SpaceX". It has 30k live "viewers" and therefore gets promoted to real people who recently were interested in SpaceX etc. @YouTube there is a big #manipulation going on.
