Why Social Media matters…

🗣️If you don’t tell your story, SOMEONE ELSE WILL and they won’t always get it right.

Sometimes you have to control your own narrative.

As someone who leads young athletes every day, I’ve seen it over and over.
Not every situation will be in your favor. Not every role will feel fair. 🙇🏻‍♀️
But you always have a CHOICE.

You can sit back and make excuses (which seems to be the majority these days)… or you can take ownership and SHAPE how people see you.

Social media is a tool. Use it.
➡️Use it to show your work ethic.
➡️Use it to show your mindset.
➡️Use it to show who you are beyond a stat line or a current role.
➡️Use it for fans to see YOU so if you leave your current situation, they know your WHY!

If you want people to understand your value, don’t wait for someone else to tell your story, just tell it yourself.

Be intentional.
Be consistent.
And make sure all your platforms reflect the standard you move with.
