Our 5th graders would really love it since they are missing a lot of the end of elementary school activities and fun. Could be the big thing they remember forever @wizkhalifa and @charlieputh
Creating a "We will See You Again" music video to the tune of "See You Again" by @wizkhalifa and @charlieputh as a goodbye song from our faculty to our students.
Either of you able to Google Meet to get your thoughts and collaborate on what we have so far?
A1) If you expect them to do it, you do it. Do it in the way you want it done as well. Also, use timers for everything as you start, to set the tone for how long it should take as well.
Classroom contract as in CKH as well is big, lets students own it.

A5) Encourage and read their body language. If stressed, don't add, just listen. Set up conferences with Parents & attend. Support with resources/ideas if they don't know what to try next. Watch class at lunch so T and issue S can eat together & build relationship.

A4) Biggest compliment I get from parents is that I listen and then answer their questions and then relate it to their students & how to help. Relieved I don't just tell them what to do, but make it clear I want to work with them.

A4) Our Ts use @RemindHQ@ClassDojo messaging & stories to share with parents & communicate. Also call, text as many run out of minutes, & I have even visited homes this year to talk with them. Often asked what I would do as a parent & I share. So many don't know.

A3) As the PBIS coach, the first thing I always do is LISTEN. I take the time to explain this first time, I just want to get to know them. By doing that, I can learn about them and then what interventions will help them. I also cover what happens in future visits.

A2) Out of the classroom, I try to spot students doing the right thing and if it is a school-wide expectation, reinforce it by sharing it on the morning news and giving them a shout out for doing it well. We have school store that rewards for following our PACT.

Thank you all so much for joining this evening. Hopefully we got some ideas, can leave refreshed and lifted up and have a little more "pep" in our step tomorrow!

As hard as it can be, taking your time from lunch to build a relationship with them is huge! Shows you are willing to give just to get to know them. It matters!
A5: I have had a lot of success with an if/then chart and with behavior specific praise! Also with taking the time (usually at lunch) to sit and chat with an S who is struggling. Just being there and listening helps! #ecsdfl
