It's not the normal at most larger convince stores. If it's about support local then that's the cost of buisness?

Not all mom and pop stores are in this for the customer, that's where you have a choice to no go there and spend thoes prices..

Maybe fix the issue rather then forcing a user of your lines jump through hoops just so my ISP can get my internet fixed. Stopped rejecting repair requests!!

As I've told them it's not a speed issue it's latency, it goes as high as 800.. your lines need your repair techs, nothing I can do if you keep rejecting repairs!!!

@RogersHelps @Rogers can you please send a tech to fix the damn lines you rent to @AltimaTel they have requested 3 repairs from your guys and it's been rejected each time. My latency is 400-700, it takes 5 mins for Google to load. Please work with them when they call for a tech!!
