@JonCarroll03 Don’t do any of those three if you haven’t. The zero to 60 speed adrenaline all three of those give you will become very expensive. And…it never goes away.
Loaded Stomps. Outstanding for teaching the hips to stay low ( and actually drop lower) while lifting the leg. Also trains upper body posture stability through resistance. I prefer these to chutes for high school players to teach proper bending in the right spots.

@JonCarroll03 Every kids needs to experience a metal slide once in their life. Lift those legs up or you’re losing the first layer of skin. The speed is fantastic!
