✅ Week 1 at the new space
3️⃣ People like the green wall
🚫 Everyone else hates it
Next week, the speed side of the gym will be in BUSINESS. Thanks for understanding as we continue to build, clean, and organize!
@Coachgriffin88 I like them, but there are levels to this one as well. Depth height matters probably more than anything. I had to regress to a lower drop height for several athletes.
I like jump work like this in the Summer for athletes when they aren’t over stressed from school.
I’ve always loved to give back, and mentoring interns about the S&C/Sports Performance Industry has always been rewarding.
And having an opportunity to expose new people to the private sector is always a plus!
Take a couple of minutes to learn about our newest Summer Intern.
We're excited to welcome our first Summer 2024 intern. Meet Jeivan Ross— learn a little about his background and his “why” for pursuing the sports performance and rehabilitation industry!
Next time you see him, ask which baseball team he's rooting for 👋

There’s a lot of fun and exciting things in store for the athletes training this Summer!
Don’t suffer from the dreaded FOMO, and reach out today to get setup to train this Summer!
@JoeyheronCSCS I have the same standard. The hip crease needs to be below the knee for us to count it.
I will still applaud effort for hitting parallel, but it’s a coaching opportunity for us and a learning opportunity for them about what needs to happen during training.
@Coachgriffin88 When programming these; I’ll do 2-4 reps of a “heavy” lift and then prescribe 4-8 reps of band assisted jumps based on the reps in their “heavy lift”.
@Coachgriffin88 I have programmed them for athletes. Usually I program them after a heavy set of deadlifts or squats to contrast slow & explosive.
I have noticed a significant improvement in power development from the athletes I’ve programmed this with in comparison to those I haven’t.
@HSEsoftball@RaymerStrength Of course! We tried coming to the HSE vs Fishers Game, but with the rain out we couldn’t make the rescheduled day!
The fun part of the season begins 🫡
Athletes in both dugouts tonight! High energy from everyone! It was a post-season environment tonight!!
Can’t wait to see these kids back in the facility next week to get back after it!
I’ve been busy the better part of a year working towards this moment!
Many months of searching for the right place that met all of our needs!
Countless planning of the execution, and making sure all the right pieces were in place!
And weeks of negotiations!
More details soon
