RIP my shop made slitting saw arbor. Next one will make the threaded shaft be about 3x the diameter. Dunno what I was thinking there but the cutting forces twisted the narrow shaft apart.

Of course I immediately snapped my only 4mm two flute end mill so it’s been slow going babying a four flute through this deep slot. Chip clearing is killing me. In hindsight, I should have started with a horizontal setup and a 2mm slitting saw then chased it with an end mill 🤷♂️
