We are New Vision Fellowship. We use Twilio exclusively for local church SMS. Automated bots routed calls to Ethiopia from a foreign IP, auto-refilling our card 7x for $970 before draining another $2,600 in a pending balance. Ticket #27682374 has gone completely dark.
