@HubIrishOnline placed an order on 15/07, paying extra for express delivery. Order updated to shipped on 17/07.

Eight days later, tracking still says “we’re expecting it” i.e order not yet with courier.

Wonder how slow delivery would be if not paid for the express service.

2/3 Their new terms and conditions includes….. “A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit”

@nrpsimpson We flew from Manchester last Friday and think we got lucky. They opened up a small second security area because the main one was full. Took us only 10 mins or so to get through. If they hadn’t, I guess we’d have been in that chaos
