Nate was an absolute champion when it was crunch time at Wisconsin. He stepped up again and again when we needed COVID help on the units #professionalism
Best hour of my #sgim2021 day was the last-minute-mad-rush to get our workshop ready with brilliant collaborators; love working with smart, creative, confident colleagues! @SocietyGIM
Was teaching one of our interns in clinic and had a crashing realization that 4 words supersede all others when evaluating outpatient concerns: “Is it getting better?” Everything hinges on that

I will always be proud to be part of Alfaisal family. Without the support from everyone at Alfaisal, my colleagues and I would have never achieved this. My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Thank you AU family.
Congrats to @KatherineFell4 for leading us expertly through the swamp of potassium & hydrogen physiology in Morning Report; Primary Care Pearl: when the K is low, don’t forget to check the BP! #PCPearl
Just had a wonderful talk with @AkamahJA and his large group of medical students at the University of Ghana 🇬🇭 Such insightful questions and brilliant young minds, thank you! #MedTwitter
Next week is a big big week for MS4s, the culmination of a lifelong endeavor to become the doctors they have always dreamed of becoming. I interviewed many of them and have been awed by their grit, their professionalism, and their drive & determination. Best of luck! #MedTwitter
@mariannegreen63 I personally appreciate the fact that there is a Board who is ensuring that there are standards set so that docs are not practicing the same way they were trained 20 years ago. Certification SHOULD be time-limited and MOC is necessary and appropriate.
Morning Report was sepsis in a recent traveler, @KatherineFell4 expertly led us through the infectious causes of hemolytic anemia; Primary Care Pearl=in WI, anytime Malaria enters your brain, babesiosis should be holding its hand! #PCPearl @uw_IMresidency
First UW Morning Report from @KatherineFell4 and she rocked it! — which “Met Expectations”; Hypoglycemia from insulin-binding autoantibodies, duh!! Primary Care Pearl=Whipple’s Triad sounds intuitive but lots of folks claim hypoglycemia w/o having proven it! @uw_IMresidency
@LaurenBzak was masterful as she captained the ship over these months as UW Chief. Outstanding Morning Reports, spearheading research initiatives, communicating with the housestaff— everything she does turns to gold. Well done Lauren.
