Super interesting one about the deficiencies of the bulk FHIR criteria. Likes Subscriptions and bulk FHIR updates, but has practical suggestions like an "all patients" group, support for "_elements", and ensuring backend auth is usable for both bulk FHIR and regular FHIR.

Luckily HTI-2 includes that last part already in the proposed rule - hopefully will be finalized!
