On that note, I have privated 10 years of Destiny Lore videos. Good luck with a cohesive story if D3 ever happens. It aint in the game, its not in the studio (because it was vaulted). Better not piss off Byf, he is the last source of comprehensive lore.
Everyone played a part.
We made the petition, gathered clips, rallied to get people online, gave things away, even had money go to marketing for this, and contacted every gaming news outlet we could for articles/interviews. We even reached out to the Warframe folks.
And it actually worked.
Today, we’re sharing more about the future of Bungie, including our plans for Destiny, Marathon, and how we’re changing the way we work.

Correct me if I am wrong in what I am thinking.
Paul Tassi has a source who allegedly let him know that Destiny 2 was ending development before the public knew about it.
Paul Tassi has made it clear that he understands the consequences of making us believe this is about Destiny if that turns out not to be the case.
Paul Tassi has actively shot down rumors that weren't true and corrected misinformation when he sees it, or at the very least has said when something wasn't what his sources were telling him.
Paul Tassi doesn't really have a reason to lie about something like this. It doesn't advance his journalism career, but it could absolutely hurt his credibility if this turns out to be completely fabricated or badly mischaracterized.
Paul Tassi also said in one of his videos that if he knew something really big he would not directly tell us (which checks out with how he did not announce the end of service for Destiny 2 early).
We will have to wait and see what happens.
Pete Alonso just demolished his 300th career homer, 414 feet off Kodai Senga. "Pete Alonso!" chants broke out immediately at Citi Field, and Alonso gave a curtain call... in a visiting ballpark.
If we had a nickel for every multi-homer game that Francisco Lindor hit in the Subway Series on September 12th, we’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s awesome it happened twice.
