Your energy as a founder is the most important thing that matters , when a founder starts running out of energy , the startup starts dying.
1. Make sure to always keep your energy high .
2. surround yourself with other passionate founders, iron sharpens iron .
3. Have a hobby that makes you physically active , go to the gym , playing a sport , running , anything that keeps you physically active
4. Make sure you eat well and always stay hydrated
5. Keep updating your knowledge base and be current with trends and new developments in your industry
The Clarity Act is ready for a full Senate floor vote.
The bill represents a true bipartisan compromise with thousands of hours of work on both sides, and it couldn't come at a better time. The status quo in the U.S. isn't working. There's no federal framework, so bad actors like FTX can harm U.S. customers and much of the industry has gone offshore totally outside U.S. purview. This bill fixes that with strong consumer protections, real tools for law enforcement, and a path for America to lead in this industry.
Crypto can't be uninvented at this point, so whether you love crypto or hate crypto, you should want clear federal laws. And it's also simply good politics: 70% of American voters say the U.S. should have already passed comprehensive crypto legislation.
Let's finish this!
Special thanks to the @standwithcrypto members who sent 950k contacts to their representatives in congress. Keep it up.
5 short prayers to pray before bed:

3.Forgive me for where I went wrong today.
4.Let me sleep in peace.
5.Stay close to me, Lord.
The two mantras I repeat most often to founders:
1. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. If you want to do X, just go straight to X. Don't waste your time with setup or pre-requisites or throat-clearing, just go do the thing you want to do. Launch the product. Sell to the enterprise. Make the big ask. Go do it and you'll learn by doing.
2. Optimize for the upside. Most of your expected value is in the universe where you succeed, so optimize for that universe. If you're going to fail, micro-optimizing your failures is a waste of energy. You might fail, fine--pick yourself up and do something else. But over the long run, optimizing for the upside is how you make good outcomes you will have defensible and self-compounding.
Something I told 14 yo: People are going to stop reading books. I wish this wasn't so, but I fear it is. The silver lining in this cloud is that if you're one of the few people who still read, you'll have a huge advantage over everyone else.
