@FitbitSupport Aa expected, same response which when you speak to the bank also gets the same response that it is up to Fitbit to approach the bank so you are running round in circles. Surely the years of community posts about this shows Fitbit don't care about this issue

@ww_rugby As far as I know WWR merchandise is only issued to staff of a certain level & at certain events. Will merchandise ever be available to purchase? Even if the logo was done in a different colour perhaps to differentiate?

@SkyHelpTeam guaranteed broadband speed 44MB/s. As far as I can see/understand, mine has been 39MB/s for a couple of months. If true, why am I paying for lesser speeds. Somebody explain please

@FitbitUK How many years and complaints does it take for Fitbit to realise Fitbit Pay is a waste of time in relation to UK major bank compatibility. You are owned by Google so simple answer is replace it with Google Pay. Google Pay WORKS, Fitbit Pay DOESN'T

@FitbitSupport Never been explained why if Google have a major investment in Fitbit, why Fitbit continue with Pay, which is not fit for purpose in UK, and doesn't replace it with Google Pay that does work in UK????

Fitbit continue to ignore customers requests to add major UK banks to Fitbit Pay so making it a completely useless feature even though they push it as an option in their advertising. Guarantee response will be identical to many previous replies

@FitbitSupport Still dumbfounded that after so many YEARS!!!!!. that fitbit pay continues to be a completely ineffective app I the UK with no major UK banks set up for its use. Complete disregard by Fitbit to respond to years of customer requests to get this sorted😡
