I just learned a very hard lesson here. If you failed to save your secret key anywhere (the pdf file) basically you're screwed. Because there's no password reset option or any type of recovery. So traumatized to use @1Password. I literally changed phones then this happened.

@1Password @dteare I love 1password. But changing a phone and setting it all up, forgetting the password, a simple password reset is impossible. I entered my email it only allows me to "view" my frozen accounts and no reset options.
