Had a repair on my windshield this morning from @safelite. Technician caused further damage to my windshield during the repair, and now I’m told the entire windshield will need replaced at my cost. Doesn’t seem right, when the @safelite tech caused the damage.

@PapaJohns just got some terrible service from store in Imperial, MO. Ordered from there many time with no issue. However, this time they got my order wrong, and when I called back, it was clear the employee that I spoke to, simply didn’t care. Very disappointing.

Very satisfied with @TraegerGrills support. Tried to fire up my Traeger yesterday and it wouldn’t power on. Turns out the power brick went bad. Traeger is sending me a new one, under warranty, even though I’m a month past the original warranty. Love my Traeger!

@Walmart Anrold, Missouri would be a great place to open a store. Store #1514 isn’t cutting it. Just waited over an hour for my grocery pickup (which had already been delayed 2 hours), only to be told they were closing at 8pm and I’d have to come back tomorrow to get me stuff.

Called @jcpenney customer service twice to ensure someone would call to set up delivery time for furniture I ordered; was assured they would. Instead they dropped off the huge, 150lb. box on my front porch for me to figure out how to get inside by myself. Poor customer service!
