@ambermac My daughter had a lot of activities as well before the pandemic. She has certainly lost some motivation- mostly because of the unpredictability of going or not - and then being at home for so long. 😢
We have had two years to fix schools and ensure ventilation systems and appropriate medical safety protocols are in place so kids can learn and grow.
Two years.
Two years to ensure LTC centres are safe and seniors are cared for and protected.
Two years.
Zero accountability.
Kyle Beach, thank you for sharing your story.
There are so many suffering in silence.
Hearing your story will let them know that they are not alone.
As a survivor, if you're hurting, I want you to know that it's never your fault.
You deserve to be happy, loved, and safe.
Fantastic!! This is so so important . No one should miss school, work or activities because of lack of access to or cost of period products. Thank you to many but especially to the young advocates. #youthvoice#equity https://t.co/nh39QhuMXO
Horrific. And… again! We must do better. And we must stop calling this a “domestic incident.” It is abuse, assault, murder. Period. https://t.co/WgebtsnUpi
“Choosing patios over pediatrics” @fordnation. Every day kids are home alone or in unsafe environments. If your kids are doing fine, great. But schools are the ONLY opportunity and intervention for ALL kids - those who need it most need it now. https://t.co/u2naG0fYjg
Kids deserve better. Pitting education vs the economy is a false dichotomy. Closing schools has had a devastating impact on kids, with short and long term moral and economic costs. Tell the Premier to put

There was “broad consensus” from health and education experts and yet... Ontario students won’t return to in-person learning. So @fordnation, now is the tome to put everything needed in place for full schooling (incl sports and clubs) for Sept. Now https://t.co/8S4Dh0pvgV
Thank you @kwadcast for saying it like it is. Kids’ needs are being ignored. And we’re all going to pay for it in the coming years. I’m so tired of it falling on deaf ears.
