Any team or business that locates where your side is governing is one or two council members away from total anarchy. That's probably true in just about every major metropolitan area, too. Them slim margins, dude. Thankfully you are sane but lets not kid ourselves, your butt rests on thin ice and you know it.
I felt during Obama's time in office he felt the US needed to step back so that China could step up - it was their century. What Colby is talking about is the political cleansed version.
