Any team or business that locates where your side is governing is one or two council members away from total anarchy. That's probably true in just about every major metropolitan area, too. I felt during Obama's time in office he felt the US needed to step back so that China could step up - it was their century. What Colby is talking about is the political cleansed version. I have to add though, given our debt problem, it's going to difficult to impossible to remain in the forefront of things.
