Many want to condemn rape and sexual assault happening in our country and rightly so. But is it also not required to understand how hard core pornography and the lewd picturization of women in movies and music videos ("soft" porn) has played a huge role in this? Unless this is tackled and banned, we are all just attacking and sympathizing over the symptoms (rapes, assaults) than over the major root cause and industry that is fuelling this i.e. porn and film industry.

As somebody who read it in the Quran and is now Ex-Muslim, I knew that Jesus was coming back.

Surah 43:61 says that Jesus is a sign of the hour, as in the end, the day of judgment.

And even when I was Muslim, I had this deep conviction like, yo, if He’s alive and if He’s coming back, I gotta know who He is and actually know Him.

Because the more I read the Bible trying to disprove it, the more I saw one theme:

When He returns, people will not recognize Him.

They will miss the signs. Oof.

Your boy was not trying to be one of them.

So, I started digging.

The Quran says in Surah 3:47 that He’s born of a virgin. In Surah 3:49 that He gives life and heals the blind. In Surah 19 that He’s sinless. And in Surah 4, He’s called the Word from God and Al Masih, the Messiah.

And I had to stop and ask:

What do those titles actually mean?

Because Islam gives Jesus these divine labels, but no meaning, no prophecy, no story, no relationship. Just titles floating in space.

So I opened the Bible. That’s where I found out who Jesus really is.

Not just what He did, but who He is.

That’s what hit me the hardest.

You can believe Jesus is coming back and still not know who you’re meeting.

And now that I’ve met Him, I’m not just waiting for His return.

I’m living like He could knock on the door today.

Islam gave me titles. Christianity gave me a Savior.

The first thing to note is that you are comparing two different passport indices.

76th in 2014 is commonly quoted from the Henley Passport Index.

125th in 2026 refers to the Global Passport Index published by another organization. It uses a different methodology and different scoring criteria. These rankings are not directly comparable.

If we compare the same index over time (Henley)

India's ranking has fluctuated but has generally been in the 70s to 90s, not 125th. For example:

2014: around 76th

2025: 77th

Early 2026: around 75th–80th, depending on the quarterly update.

Why has India's passport not become much stronger?

Several factors affect passport strength:

🌍 Visa reciprocity: Many countries require visas from Indians because India also maintains visa requirements for many foreign nationals.

🛂 Immigration concerns: Countries assess the risk of visa overstays, illegal migration, and asylum claims.

🤝 Diplomatic agreements: Visa-free travel depends on bilateral agreements. Some countries have actively negotiated many more such agreements than India.

📈 Other countries improved faster: Nations such as the United Arab Emirates dramatically expanded visa-free access over the last decade, causing India to fall relatively even when it made modest gains.

✈️ Security and border policies: Countries also consider passport security, document integrity, and international cooperation.

So has the Indian passport become weaker?

Not necessarily.

In fact, Indian passport holders have more visa-free or visa-on-arrival destinations today than a decade ago. However, many other countries improved even faster, so India's relative ranking has not improved substantially. The exact ranking also depends on which passport index is being used.

2. US forces are seeking to uphold peace and security( By shooting unarmed ships?)

4. Violations of US Blockade ( which have been many)
5. Illicit transport of Iranian oil (Not according to international law, and US sanctions are only punitive economically)

Writing this without an iota of hate of ill-will toward @Ram_Guha , @HartoshSinghBal , Harish Khare, @tavleen_singh @waglenikhil and many other Gandhi family baiters who have repeatedly targeted Rahul Gandhi and his politics of opposition to the Modi led BJP. I now understand that most of you are still fighting the @INCIndia of 1975 and 1984 among others just as the Sangh is fighting the Congress of Gandhi and Nehru. Much of legacy media and social media are dominated by these two groups. But here's a third group which became politicised in 1992 with the rise of Hindutva- the pro- Rahul Gandhi voice on social media is roughly this group of Gen X ers and a motley mix of a new millennials and GenX.

We are disturbed by the repeated attacks on Rahul Gandhi not because we are members of the Congress party or are blind followers of any cult- we are disturbed because the anti-Congressism of the earlier groups is blinding most toward the clear and present danger that stares before us - the existential threat to our Republic. Rahul Gandhi is among the very few of our politicians who has been able to consistently articulate that danger by his fearless attacks on the Sangh and its agenda of destroying the secular fabric of this country. He might never become Prime Minister of this country - but history will be kinder towards him than many of you would like to believe.

@Sydusm I see this even in Kerala. Students especially in modern competitive schools are so into studies that they do not get exposed to politics, real issues on the ground, etc.
