We love Fenwick too - great supporters of our work in Jesmond Old Cemetery, where JJ Fenwick (and others of his family) is buried.

The Fenwick story began in Newcastle a century and a half ago, when JJ Fenwick opened a store at 5 Northumberland Street, specialising in silks and adornments for the well-dressed women of the city.

The flagship store still stands on this exact site.
