Feels surreal but this is my job ⬇️ . VP T and L/Curriculum the best job in any school (imo!) and THRS is a special school, believe me, where I’ve had the most incredible 3 years. I’m not leaving, just stepping aside to work more flexibly and can’t wait to see what happens next!

Have never done this before on here but @British_Airways impossible to contact and down a lot of money in a compensation claim. No one has responded to emails for 6 weeks and no phone number to call. Please please can someone get back to me.

@British_Airways You pay a premium for a better service with @British_Airways and I get that it’s been tough for the industry, but unforgivable to leave customers waiting for 3 months with no way to get in touch.

@British_Airways Extremely disappointing service from @British_Airways, do not fly with them. Flight was delayed so missed connection, no one at airport to help. Had to stay in hotel so submitted compensation claim 3 months ago, not even a reply to email for last 2 months and no phone no to call
