Clark County Fair officials in Springfield, Ohio, abruptly closed the fair on the last night. I witnessed two youths in handcuffs and the Clark County sheriff’s deputies poured in, surrounding a building. The State Patrol was also on scene.

What is the plan for all the car break ins at the @MallAtTuttle? Employee and customer cars are constantly being broken into. It’s so rampant that @Macys has plastic wrap at customer service so people can cover their broken windows.
