@LNER Your lack of help is appalling. As @kimsnurse said it discourages women from travelling alone with their young babies. I spend a ridiculous amount of money travelling with you & this is your level of care? only help if you're disabled or elderly? I want to escalate this further

@LNER really not impressed with your level of customer care. I have asked for assistance onto train for an upcoming journey with my 5 month old baby and our belongings but have flat out been refused help & told you only offer planned assistance to the elderly or disabled.
