So it can't just be 6 weeks or only apply to FT positions or leaves out entire labor sectors where Black women are segregated into.
If you work for a philanthropic advisory group and your strategy does not include centering your advice on what directly impacted people are telling you they need from philanthropy, you are doing it wrong.
