@ByJoveMedia@ExcuseeatorLiz I agree! Limiting listening to/reading the news which can so easily be constant. Scheduling in time for positive thoughts, reading something lighthearted, running round the garden with the kids - phone off, or at least in another room - crucial to laugh and have some fun #mnchour
A4 getting whipped along with the panic, feeling isolated, anxious and sad. Connection is so important. Maintaining that with friends and family, albeit in different ways, is vital. Thank heavens for the AMAZING MNC community too #mnchour
@mumpreneursclub A3 - break the risks down and prioritise, try and keep things in perspective (not always easy). Tea & cake definately and keeping in touch with friends, family, MNC members online, on the phone, by letter..... #mnchour
A2. I am restarting my training with @TheVlogAcademy, I think with my "Ask Liz" live on my facebook page to answer parents and teens worries live starting this week, will focus my mind & support my clients parents in a different way, raise my profile/increase clients #MNCHour
@katehphotos @mumpreneursclub So very important, hugs are indeed vital! Virtual ones not the same, but thankfully online connections and kindness to and from each other to just check in and say hi will remain possible and become even more important #mnchour
A2-It’s always a bit of a juggle. I save when I can to cover leaner periods, try to schedule training and development for times I know might be quieter. I also took on a regular part time employed job 2 years ago to give me peace of mind from a base small regular income #mnchour
A1as a Kinesiology Practitioner my work is clinic based, 1:1 in person. The clinic is likely to close from next week. Risk areas so far
📎 income from client appointments - reduced then stopped
📎 not knowing when to reschedule appointments for
📎 losing new clients #mnchour
@katehphotos @mumpreneursclub Kate, I really feel for you. Hopefully you have a local online Covid support group who can help with essentials, and friends/family of course. Let me know if you are unable to get out and need anything I can deliver #mnchour
