@fdsc460 I love this tomato soup. Not too sour, not too sweet. Fully taste of tomato with other spices. They also have a corn bread in this soup. We eat it with the bread in the middle basket. Awesome combination. Love it.
Redler beer+Stuffed chicken breast. I love the red wine onion sauce and what is in the stuffed chicken. The potatoes cake is very interesting. A bit grainy and spices taste. @fdsc460
@fdsc460 The beer I tried last night is a Redler. For me: sweeter than a wheat beer. It has a lemonade in it. The alcohol is about 5.4 %. The IBU (International bitterness unit) is relatively low compared to other German beers.

@fdsc460 Nürnberg food: Nürnberg sausage, beer, sauerkraut. Fun fact: The reason why Nürnberg sausage is very tiny because people tried slide the sausage through the key hole during the war. And that makes sausage become smaller and smaller.
@fdsc460 The WIT, Belgium beer has a special enzyme that can produce the banana flavor. In Belgium, the spices were added, but in Germany, other spices (coriander) cannot be added because of a purity law.

Hefeweizen is a German-style beer made from German beer mold+wheat malt+unique yeast. Amber color+50% malted wheat. German eat this beer with seafood, Chèvre, key lime pie. I taste this one, love it! @fdsc460

@fdsc460 Griessbrei/ German Semolina Pudding is a German traditional dessert. It included milk, vanilla, sugar, and semolina + jam. (semolina = flour made from durum wheat). The cool thing about this dessert is it's thick and creamy!

My favorite chocolate brand since I was young is Ritter Sport. This brand is actually from Germany! I love 50% Cacao. I am excited to explore Ritter Sport in Germany this time. The fun fact is it's super yummy but I ate all in once and realized it's more than 500 Cal. @fdsc460
I am a big fan of chocolate. When I was young, I wrote down my dream list as traveling and exploring the chocolate taste around the world. Although, it is super hard to accomplish this goal, however, I am going to taste the chocolate in GERMANY!! Woooo!
