@nigimmigration @InquireAtNaija Tried contacting the High Commission with the numbers provided, nothing. Tried escalating via WhatsApp and social media platforms, still nothing. How do make people pay so much money and still have to suffer to get their passports back. The system has not improved at all Fix it!

@nigimmigration @InquireAtNaija @nigimmigration it’s been going on 2 months since I applied for passport renewal, paid extra fee for the contactless biometrics, send my documents, £20 postal order and a prepaid self addressed return envelope to the HC London and no news till now.

@nigimmigration it has been 6 weeks since I completed my application and sent my old passport to the Nigeria High Commission in London for renewal after paying extra to do the contactless biometrics and i still don’t have my passport. What is going on?! I need my passport!

At this point, I do not even need the items anymore. And yes, I contacted customer services about this. Express delivery in the mud. Na to cancel order collect refund

@JumiaNGHelp I don’t know how you ensure it because my order was supposed to be delivered on 30th Aug and as I am typing this, I haven’t gotten any notification that my item will be delivered. Funny how this is not even the first or second time I am experiencing this with you @JumiaNigeria
