I get how frustrating it is for working parents if schools have had to close because of the red weather warning heatwave, but instead of venting the frustration at schools, maybe consider why we accept the workplace culture that has no flexibility for parents

@paulabearthe2nd It is down to parents to sort childcare (even us teachers) Teachers are constantly being knocked for the way the system is and working extremely hard to give every child an education they deserve. Don't forget alot of teachers are parents too...
