@VirginHolidays I spoke to someone by text this morning who was brilliant in helping me get my refund for my April trip to Orlando. I can’t imagine how busy you all are at the moment but thank you for helping me. I look forward to booking with you again when COVID is all over 😊

@commoperator @VirginHolidays Hi - I haven’t been refunded yet, I just managed to get in touch with Virgin today and they said I can be refunded and that it will take 45 days to appear in my account- so I am being optimistic and hoping to see my money back after 45 days 😊
