@rachitt101 @VirginHolidays I was booked to go to Florida at the end of March and did not have any contact re cancellatio, due to Covid. I finally get through in the middle of April and promised a refund by 15/04 To date no refund and still no contact! Absolutely appalling behaviour Virgin Holidays!!

@MartinSLewis no response from @VirginHolidays despite numerous attempts via phone, email and twitter. Understand they are busy but we were due to travel 31/03/2020 and haven’t been able to request a refund as no callbacks from anyone 😡

@VirginHolidays I’ve sent several DM, to you as requested, but to no avail! I have rang the number and waited hours, only to be cut off with no explanation! I have text / sent emails as you also requested and I still have had no confirmation that a full refund is being processed!

@VirginHolidays I urgently need to speak to someone as was due to fly TODAY. Promised contact by Virgin 48h prior to travel due with nothing and no forms of contact are being responded to!
