After numerous attempts of being cut off, today after 1hr & 35mins in a queue I finally got to speak to someone from @VirginHolidays the lovely lady on the phone has now rearranged our holiday. #feelingrelieved only another 473days until our Florida trip.

Watching @BBCNews regarding #NHS appointments I often think there's other illnesses not just #COVID19 but you can't get to see a GP, Dentist or optician etc. Life goes on but I feel like if you don't have #COVID19 then we aren't priority and we just have to deal with it.

@VirginHolidays Thanks for the reply, do you have a rough timescale when we will be contacted? Our balance is due on the 16th June also I would like a refund for our bubble seats that we paid for.

@VirginHolidays I understand that you are extremely busy but I honestly do think you need to put some customer services in place for those that are wanting to change their holidays that fly in September, I just want to speak to someone.

It's ever likely people don't cancel their hospital appointments if they can't attend because you can't actually get through to anyone to change the sodding appointment! @UHNM_NHS

@Pandora_UK first and last time ordering online! Delayed due to the overwhelming demand due to offers! I am sorry but nobody else else this problem. I only ordered online as I was working 12 hour shifts during the black friday offers.

@ACHelpTeam I know it's my responsibility but I have paid for the service and MOT plan which I was told they would send a reminder I also have it in writing. Thankfully I checked today when my MOT is due and it's Saturday but unfortunately I can't get it in with yourselves in time.

Anyone who wants to work for @PapaJohns based in Newcastle-under-Lyme or Hanley (Staffordshire) I strongly advice you don't! The franchise is an absolute disgrace....
