@NWNeonatalODN Obviously I don't know your aim in speaking to this population so apologies if its not helpful, but I wonder whether it would also be useful speaking to people who didn't receive this type of support who perhaps could have needed it?

(1/3) I’m not sure how helpful it is, but for all those not receiving interviews for the #DClin, I feel you. It is painful irrespective of people telling you otherwise. It is an unfair process. Often based on the mood and judgement of an individual who does not know you,

(2/3) reading a mere snapshot of your wealth of experience in a small number of characters. It is potluck. I applied 6 times. I only got interview offers on my 5th time applying. Some might think it stupid that I continued to apply,
