I have been trying Friday for someone to give me a tracking number for the delivery of my phone. I’ve spoken to 6 different people each giving me a different story and invalid tracking numbers. On top of which 3 agents just put the phone on down on me.

@Rbjacobs I was just advised to go to an FNB branch, draw my money out and close my account... which I have only just opened! Because of FICA issues that FNB sat on for 3 weeks. #FNB @FNBSA
