@Sephora i’m actually in a fight with you guys now between your courier and the store not only was a empty bag delivered that’s on camera but even the whole that’s in the bag was delivered is on camera. I’ve gotten a police report and your customer service reps have bad service.

@Sephora I hate Your company. You have same-day delivery items. You get some more missing in a bag and it is my fault because the courier stole my items I’ve been fighting with your company for three weeks. I even have a police report. I’m fighting the full extent.

@FashionNovaHelp I ordered a package. It was to be here today. I know I’m gonna message that the delivery is not coming till Monday and I paid an extra $20 for it to be here today. I’m not waiting for a package to come Monday. I’m going to get a police report. Hate yall
