But I am angry. And those who have the power to remove him should. What comes next is just as much their responsibility if he stays. He has shown us who he really is from the very beginning.

I haven’t seen my dad in 16 months. And I realize I’m so beyond blessed for even having the option of seeing him again when so many have lost that this year. He just told me he bought an RV and is driving 2K miles to come down and see us. And I’m crying. Thanks Dad 💜

@jhn71070 @WithoutHisEyes Agree 💯 but standards are what outline criminal/civil liability. NP practice standards outline this liability; NPs are/should be held liable for their own practice. But so should MDs who argue against independent practice and sign contracts to oversee collaboration/pt care

Equal liability: read the standards of practice to know how NPs are held liable while looking at how the AMA has historically pushed back on independent practice
