@OfficialPLT I need urgent help. One refund of £22.57 was meant to be in my account on 15 Nov but never arrived. You have also deducted the same £10 store credit twice on this order, so the failed £22.57 refund should actually be £32.57. WhatsApp support is not resolving this.

@chopchopldn I had an app at Wembley Park branch for my child @4.30pm today . 20 mins later I was still waiting I spent 10mins at the reception desk and still wasn’t seen by any staff. Rosella started shouting in front of my child and refused to refund me. I’m appalled
