@vvanessa_18@Ststansberry@joceperezCSUB@Duncannedd I agree with this 100% I feel that finding the best way possible to communicate with the child's family will be the biggest help to provide them with exactly what they need.
@TaylorC23888964@Ststansberry@joceperezCSUB Hello Taylor, I am somewhat familiar with Epic but I did not know that they offered tools that would benefit ELL students. I will be looking into it and looking forward to use it!
@poe_makenna@MaddernBryan @SarahCeja03 Hi Makenna, I agree that google. classroom would be very useful in school. Having access to your assignments any time and anywhere keeps you from falling behind if you have to be out.
@MaddernBryan @SarahCeja03 A4) I would have to say YouTube would have been very useful to me. I am more of a visual learner and whenever videos were included in a lesson it just made a lot more sense. #csubedte4200#csubted@MaddernBryan
@Ststansberry@joceperezCSUB A3) Google translate is helpful for students who are ELL. They shouldn't fully rely on that but it's a good back up to quickly check if they need to. Kahoot is also a great tool, they can be quized on words along with their definitions #csubedte4200#csubted@MaddernBryan
@tom_karnes@CsubMadelyns A2) Jam Board is an activity where students can write down thoughts as if it is on a post it note and it comes up on anyone who was logged in but the problem was that anyone could edit anything and the students mess with other’s work.

@poe_makenna@tom_karnes@CsubMadelyns@MaddernBryan Hi there, at the beginning of Covid a lot of students lacked on supplies and not having internet was a huge one. I know some schools provided Wi-Fi hotspots but even those were not very reliable.
@arnie_gonzo88@doctor2pi@Duncannedd Hello, I have not heard of Socrative but Kahoot is always a hit on our classroom. I like that Kahoot gets the students excited to participate in assessments.
@KUTR_BCSD @doctor2pi@tinkercad@SketchUp Hi, I have not seen a lot of 3D modeling like this being used yet but from what you showed I am looking forward to integrate it more in our classrooms. I work with 3rd graders and I know they would really enjoy this.
@doctor2pi A1) One of the resources that I found to be innovative is Kahoot. Kahoot is a great way to quiz students on a topic that you’re teaching and it is a fun way for students to take an assessment. #csubedte4200#csubted@MaddernBryan
