You are on a cruise to Bermuda. You are not working a scene. You are not running an investigation. You are not standing at a podium. You are not above anyone on that ship.
You are a passenger, just like everybody else.
So maybe getting in the face of a 12-year-old for recording people singing karaoke is not the flex you think it is.
There is absolutely no reason for grown adults especially people who should know better to be acting like they have authority over strangers on vacation.

This is what I keep coming back to. Michael Proctor does not have the Mass State Police career anymore. The thing that gave him status, authority, income, and protection is gone.
And now, on top of that, people are looking at the property records showing the Proctors bought the house in 2017 for about $470,000, with a mortgage around $410,000, and then just this December, opened a $271,000 home equity line of credit.
when you put that next to everything else, no MSP job, reportedly not living at home, possibly staying with his sister, the wife and house situation, and the public collapse around him it sure looks like someone barely treading water.
Meanwhile Yuri is on a cruise ship dancing and singing like the worst thing happening in his life is a bad karaoke selection.
At some point, Proctor has to be looking around thinking:
How did I become the one left holding the bag?
Because when the power was there, they were all together.
Texting together. Laughing together. Protecting each other.
Moving like a unit.
But when the consequences started showing up?
Some people got quiet.
Some people got reassigned.
Some people got on a cruise ship.
Michael Proctor may be finding out the hard way that loyalty does not pay the mortgage, does not save the house, does not save the marriage, and does not give you your badge back.

If the whole world knew I was a corrupt cop who helped cover up a murder and is best friends with most racist cop in America I would keep a low profile. Yuri Bukhenik, on the other hand, likes to get drunk whenever he goes out and start singing and dancing in a manner that will draw maximum attention to him, ensuring that he will be recognized, filmed, and photographed. The cruise may be going to Bermuda, but it took off from Boston, and the people on the boat are from there and know exactly who he is and what he has done.

P.S. Sweet Caroline is a horrible song for pink hats that should be banned from Fenway Park forever.

@karly_beech Looks like Kate Peters is at it again. Turtleboy got an anonymous tip on June 4th about where Proctor was in Florida for medical treatment and talked about it on his show on June 6, before Judge Gildea even put the protective order.
