Assoc. Prof. Vincent Batwala:
The #20thARDC celebrates growth in research excellence: abstract submissions rose from 40 in 2018 to 107 this year. With UGX 519M+ in Uganda government seed funding, 26 research teams drive innovation.
The ARDC is now formalized on the university calendar, and the Faculty of Science has been selected randomly to lead the 21st edition, introducing a rotational model to boost faculty participation.
The 3rd @MbararaUST Mentors Workshop featured a participatory session on mentorship styles, techniques, definitions, and leadership approaches.
Insights were shared by Prof. @JessicaHaberer, and Dr. Tom Ogwang, engaging the audience in rich discussions.
