Unbelievable @rackspace. After 5 hours on hold, call was answered, we gave info politely, agent said to hold on a moment, and we were disconnected. Poof. No help, wasted time.
@Rackspace FYI: I called earlier today and left instructions for a callback to my number. I received no response. Now on hold for 3 hours. Beyond unacceptable and infuriating that no response or help in face of system failure.
@Rackspace - Understand I need to log in to my control panel to redirect emails. How do I access my control panel if my PW isn't working? The reset function seems to be linked to the email that's down. I've been on hold with customer service for 2h 45m and counting. Help pl!
