considered a crime when you’re not providing the service to them. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism displayed by this company and the blatant disregard for their clientele. I am tired of large corporations using the pandemic as an excuse to treat their customers so poorly.

@BSC_Gym is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with hands down. Have been trying to cancel my membership multiple (at least 5) times for over 3 months and have been unable to get a response, however was able to be charged for the months of April and July. (1/3)

When I was finally able to speak with someone over the phone today I was told it would take 45 days to cancel my membership and I would be charged a cancellation fee on top of another month. Disgraceful how poorly this company is being run. Charging clients for a service is (2/3)
