active lupus #sle #lupus and had 3 doses of #benlysta. I have just been skiing in France all week. I forgot my 5mg of prednisone. The exercise/ mountains made me feel amazing and I took zero steroids. I’ve lost 8kg. Is it the mountains, exercise or benlysta ? @Lupusreference

@BBCSouthNews having biological immunosuppressant #Belimumab therapy today at Southampton General for Autoimmune #lupus. Pleased 3rd #CovidVaccine being prioritised for immunosuppressed esp as my first 2 did not prevent me from getting it mildly. @Lupusreference @LupusResearch
