@GladysICruz Women dominate most careers that require a bachelor’s degree. Traditionally the investment in higher education has paid off. Maybe our dialogue will turn from either or to ensuring any avenue is affordable and viable for all.
AI is changing how we work, but it shouldn’t change how we lead.
The best leaders I know don’t depend on technology to connect. They’re learning to listen fully before responding, to give feedback in person and to set clear expectations without relying on constant notifications or dashboards.
Humanity is what turns innovation into connection. When leaders bring empathy, presence, and self-awareness into their use of AI, technology becomes a partner, not a pressure.
Trust, empathy, and purpose still drive performance more than any algorithm ever could.
