Unable to make my booking because traffic at Dartford tunnel and even though the movie has not started yet, @vuecinemas won't give me a refund. Poor service.
@Iberia@British_Airways my luggage was delayed by 9 days and now @Iberia@British_Airways don't want to take accountability and pay the correct compensation for all the damages caused. I have spent my holidays just trying to sort this out and still cannot get my money back.
@British_Airways you cancelled my flight and now making it impossible to re-book a new flight either Online or by telephone!! Very poor customer service considering you are changing my travelling plans!!!
Poor from @easyJetholidays! Notified us with less than a day's notice that our hotel is closed and will relocate us to another. The hotel has confirmed they're not closed during this time. we have family coming to the same hotel yet we are the only ones being relocated.

@AviancaEscucha Yo recibi el correo pero este proceso lo he hecho ya dos veces alguien tiene que mirar el caso y decirme porque no han podido generar el reembolso si son los mismos datos a donde ya hicieron el primer envío
@AviancaEscucha Ya he hecho dos solicitudes, también les mandé una carta con todos los detalles. Como dije anteriormente ya me han hecho un pago y no entiendo porque no pueden hacer el reembolso de lo que esta pendiente.
@AviancaEscucha De nuevo han rechazado la solicitud que hize nuevamente. No entiendo porque si ya me han hecho un pago anterior como parte del reembolso. Sigo esperando la segunda parte del pago y he hecho ya dos solicitudes. La persona que me estaba asesorando vía email dejo de contestar!
