This is the first patch where I think JP players and Western players agree that the balance team is absolutely dropping the ball, you can't have a patch like this after people are going back to play S3 because of raiders. I hope they release a hot fix patch but I doubt it

Winners of this patch are Blaster and Carbon Deco tbh.

Blaster gets away unscathed and TSD receives an interesting trade-off.

Carbon gets a more powerful main weapon and a faster Zooka
