@capbiscuit That and if someone panicks on the phone and says something wierd or awkward, I forget about it literally 15 seconds after the call ends. So yeah. Take comfort if your calling a doctor, the receptionist will probably forget about the call completely after you hang up!

@capbiscuit I script everything out for my phone calls too, but some how I always fuck it up??? Luckily working the front desk an answering phone calls so much makes me realize lots of people hate talking on the phone and are very awkward unless they are like 60+ years old.
