@CentenaryBank needs to hire technical people to handle accounts. You can't tell me that a whole department takes months to figure out the reason for a hold on an account, including the individual that put the account on hold.

@Akabwigu @CentenaryBank So it is not just me. This has been going on for months. I have called and made trips to the bank and lodged complaints only to be told that the hold on my account can't be explained. I have never got a loan from @CentenaryBank or even been anyone's guarantor.
